What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a unique, custom-built watch that is hand-assembled using a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, made from 904L stainless steel.
How long will it take for me to receive the watch?
When you place an order, we order the parts for your design immediately. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive the parts (including Saturday and Sunday). When we receive them, we build the clock the same day and ship it to you as quickly as possible. We also have clocks in stock at times! They are marked.
We cover the shipping costs when you buy a watch!
Can I customize the logo/remove it?
Absolutely! You can send us an email with your order number and full name after ordering, stating your desired design or that you want to remove the logo. Or write in a message with the checkout. You can also contact us before ordering.
Will I get a warranty on the watch?
Every watch from our workshop comes with a free 1-year warranty . This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.
For extra peace of mind, you can also choose to purchase a 1-year warranty extension.
Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, damage resulting from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities even though they are water resistant. The warranty only covers defects related to the movement.
Do you use genuine Seiko movements?
Yes , we use genuine Seiko movements. We buy from manufacturers who sell authentic Seiko movements, so you can be sure of the quality. Once you have received your watch, you can easily have this confirmed by a watchmaker. If you believe the movement is not genuine, you have the option to return the watch within 14 days of receiving it.
