Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to return the item. This can be done by contacting us via email or live chat.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Please note that some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as custom-made or personalized items.

Important Note:

Some of our watches are delivered with protective plastic covering large parts of the watch, such as the bracelet. Please leave the plastic in place during inspection, as this allows you to view the entire watch with the protective covering intact. If the plastic is removed, the 14-day return right will no longer apply.

Warranty

Each watch from our workshop comes with a free 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational issues under normal use.

For additional peace of mind, you can also choose to purchase a 1-year warranty extension.

Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, damage resulting from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities, even though they are water-resistant. The warranty only covers defects related to the movement.
