Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Costs: We offer free worldwide shipping.

  2. Delivery Times After Watches Are Built:
      - Norway: 1–3 business days
      - EU: 5–10 business days
      - USA: 7–14 business days
      - Australia: 10–20 business days

Normal shipping time for pre-orders is 17 days.

Note: The delivery times provided are estimates based on standard shipping periods. Actual delivery times may vary, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays that occur after the package has been shipped from us.

  1. Customs and Taxes:

  • EU: Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT upon delivery. This applies to all orders shipped from outside the EU.

  • USA: Orders to the USA under $800 are exempt from import duties. Local sales taxes may apply depending on the state you are in.

  • Australia: Orders under 1,000 AUD are exempt from import duties, but a 10% GST may be applied by the Australian customs authority. The customer is responsible for paying this fee.

  1. Tracking Information:
    All orders will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address once the order has been dispatched.

  2. Return and Refund Policy:
    If you wish to return an item, please read our Return Policy. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Any customs duties or VAT paid for returns are non-refundable.
