3. Orders & Order Confirmation

Delivery times depend on your location and whether the item is a pre-order or in stock:

• In stock: 1–3 days
•Sweden & Denmark
• Pre-orders: 2–4 weeks
• In stock: 2–7 days
Worldwide
• Pre-orders: Usually up to 30 days
• In stock: 4–15 days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
Note: The listed delivery times are estimates based on typical shipping durations. Actual delivery may take longer, especially during holidays or due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays that occur after the order has been shipped.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws.
• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing and return the item in its original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty
• All watches purchased from Elegance Watches come with a 1-year warranty.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• For warranty claims, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase.
7. Claims & Complaints
• If your product has a defect or fault, you may file a complaint under consumer protection laws.
• Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
