Right of return

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must inform us that you wish to return the item. This can be done by contacting us via email or live chat.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Please note that some goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as goods that are specially made or customized.

Important Note: Some of our watches come with protective plastic around large parts of the watch, such as the bracelet. Please leave the plastic in place during inspection, as you will be able to see the entire watch with the plastic intact. Removing the plastic will void your 14-day return policy.

Warranty

Every watch from our workshop comes with a free one-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational problems under normal use.

For extra peace of mind, you can also choose to purchase an extension of the warranty for one year.

Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, damage caused by opening the watch, or problems with water resistance, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities even though they are water resistant. The warranty only covers faults related to the movement.
