Retningslinjer for frakt

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping costs: We offer free shipping worldwide.

 

2. Delivery times after the watches are built:

- Norway: 1-3 working days

- Sweden 2-7 working days

- Denmark : 2-7 working days

- EU: 5-10 working days

- USA: 7-14 working days

- Australia: 10-20 working days

3. Delivery time worldwide for pre-orders:

Average delivery time worldwide is 30 days for (pre-orders).

Note: The listed delivery times are estimates based on typical shipping durations. Actual delivery may take longer, especially during holidays or due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays that occur after the order has been shipped.

 

4. Customs and VAT:

- EU: Orders sent to the EU may be subject to customs and VAT upon delivery. This applies to all orders sent from outside the EU.

- United States: Orders to the United States under $800 are exempt from import duties. Local sales taxes may apply depending on your state.

- Australia: Orders below AUD 1,000 are exempt from import duties, but a 10% GST may be imposed by Australian Customs. The customer is responsible for covering this fee.

Important Information about Customs and VAT:

Orders shipped outside our country (Norway) may be subject to customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and/or other import charges upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges, as they are determined by local authorities.

 

5. Tracking Information:

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address after the order has been shipped.

6. Return and Refund policy:

If you wish to return an item, please read our returns policy. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Any duties/VAT paid for returns are not refunded.
