  • Pre-orders: 2–4 weeks

  • In stock: 2–7 days

Worldwide

  • Pre-orders: Normally up to 30 days

  • In stock: 4–15 days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm the purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Note: The delivery times provided are estimates based on standard shipping periods. Actual delivery times may vary, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays that occur after the package has been shipped from us.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing and return the item in its original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • All watches purchased from Elegance Watches come with a 1-year warranty.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
